AFTEX and the STAR Network signed a memorandum of understanding at the Asian Dialogue Conference 2025 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The partnership aims to strengthen cooperation across the region’s textile and apparel industry and encourage sustainable practices, with priorities including fairer purchasing terms, decarbonisation and sustainable trade. The MoU was signed by Mr Albert Tan, Chairman of AFTEX, and Mr Fazlee Shamim Ehsan of the STAR Network.
